Burgess has announced that the 51m motor yacht Emelina has joined the sales fleet with an asking price of $23,950,000.

The highly customized Emelina was built by a very knowledgeable owner who oversaw every facet of the design and build process. This meticulous attention-to-detail has ensured that Emelina has stayed in top condition from delivery through to today. Radiating classic Italian design and offering first rate quality throughout, she exudes style without compromising on technical excellence.

Built in 2008 by Codecasa, she benefits from a design dream team. En pointe craftsmanship created a sleek four deck exterior offering multiple options for al fresco living. Inside, Della Role was appointed interior designer. Here, they masterfully achieved an elegant yet functional space envisioned for relaxation and social activities. Rich mahogany and cherry wood millwork is accented by honey and green onyx, and her bespoke decorative touches add to a refined appearance.

A generous volume of 639 gross tons, open plan living and high deck heads combine to provide a spacious yacht for her size. In total 14 guests can be accommodated across six cabins in extreme comfort. Adding to this, an elevator services all four decks. MCA compliant and having just completed her Lloyds class 10 year survey, Emelina represents a special purchase opportunity.
