APSS Holds Asia Superyacht Night Closing Party
The Asia-Pacific Superyacht Association (APSA) marked a successful conclusion to its 2026 activities with the Asia Superyacht Night Kobe—APSS 2026 Closing Party. This event followed the broader 2026 Asia-Pacific Superyacht Summit aimed at fostering collaboration within the region.
The event brought together yacht builders, brokers, owners representatives, marina and shipyard operators, legal and financial professionals, and regional authorities for a two-day program featuring keynote presentations, panel discussions, market briefings and networking sessions focused on both local and cross-border opportunities. Hosted in Japan for the first time, the conference reflected increased industry focus on the country's expanding superyacht infrastructure and cruising potential.
The Summit provided a focused platform to engage with policymakers, marina developers and professional counterparts on the evolving landscape of superyacht ownership and cruising across the region. The program featured keynote presentations, panel discussions and market briefings on key topics including Japan as a superyacht destination, new marina projects in Japan and the Maldives, cross-border regulations, family offices and yachting, Vietnam's government interest in yachting, and the refit market in Asia.
