MarineMax has delivered the first Azimut Magellano 76 at the MarineMax Pompano Yacht Center. The Magellano 76 was conceived as a modern trawler that combines seaworthiness and long-range capabilities with luxurious living spaces.

“My client and the new owner of the Magellano 76 already appreciated the Azimut penchant for quality and innovation, having owned a new Azimut 55S prior to purchasing the Magellano,” explained Mike Bader, Senior Sales Executive at MarineMax Pompano Yacht Center. “After purchasing the 55S, he quickly realized that as much as he loved his Azimut, he wanted more and shopped all the brands for a larger yacht. After extensive research, my client came back to the MarineMax Pompano Yacht Center due to the incredible support and service that MarineMax has provided him and he chose the Azimut Magellano 76 for its size, range and distinctive style.”

The Magellano features a grand salon with contiguous views from the cockpit entry to the center line helm. Below the main deck there is plenty of light with side hull windows all cabins. The full-beam, mid-ship owner’s stateroom features a centerline double berth and an en-suite shower and head. Forward leads to the VIP stateroom which also has a centerline double berth and en-suite shower and head. Each guest stateroom has two twin beds with separate shower and head compartments. Accommodations for the crew are in the double cabin under the cockpit deck.

Powered by twin 1,000 horsepower MAN V8 diesels, the hull is specifically designed to efficiently cruise at 11 to 17 knots with a top speed of 22 knots. With nearly 2,000 gallons fuel capacity, the Magellano offers worldclass range for cruises to distant ports of call.
